ABOUT CASEY

Casey Atkins serves as President of the Blue Lab and Vice President at Liberty Square Group.  She has nearly two decades of experience in politics, non-profit development and government relations. She has served as an advisor and staff to numerous federal, state and local campaigns. Casey also served as the Deputy Director of Policy and Boards at the Division of Professional Licensure, a sub agency of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development during Governor Patrick’s second term in office. Prior to that, Casey was the Director of Government Relations at ADS Ventures, where she managed the integration of state and federal government relations, strategic communications and development efforts for a range of corporate and non-profit clients. In her time at Blue Lab, Casey formalized the training curriculum and expanded the program nationally.

Casey is also a volunteer at Emerge Massachusetts, where she conducts the kick off training for the organization’s Signature Program for candidates. She is passionate about local politics and She is an active board member of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council in her town and attempts to coach youth soccer.  Casey resides in Concord with her two children and “spirited” dogs.
