ABOUT AMANDA

Amanda Milad Cox brings her government and media experience to Liberty Square Group to provide strategic communications and public affairs services in support of Liberty Square Group’s clients.

Over the past three and a half years, Ms. Cox served as the Chief-of-Staff for State Representative Cory Atkins, who served as the House Chair for Tourism, Arts, and Cultural Development. During her tenure at the State House, Ms. Cox worked tirelessly to craft strategies that supported legislation advancing civil rights, education, and equal pay in the Commonwealth.

Prior to her time at the State House, Ms. Cox worked for row2k media as a sports reporter covering rowing around the globe. Her reporting covered all aspects of the sport from the local Head Of The Charles to the World Championships.

Ms. Cox serves on the board for the C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints World Indoor Rowing Championships and is a Head Of The Charles course record holder. She graduated magna cum laude from Simmons College with a dual major in Economics and Public Health.
