Jay Sapiro, Visuality's President, serves as Visuality's Executive Producer for all electronic media productions. Jay holds a Master's degree in Advertising from Miami University. Jay's work at Visuality has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation, the American Association of Political Consultants, the National Education Association, the International Television Association, and the Design Council of America, among others.

Chris Micklos, Visuality's senior strategist, got his start in Massachusetts politics and has worked with political candidates and advocacy groups across the country. He holds a Master's degree in Political Communication from Boston's Emerson College. Chris has taught political communication in the University of Wisconsin system; appears frequently on public affairs programming; and has been published in a number of local and national publications, including Campaigns & Elections magazine.

Glenn Chung, Visuality's Director of Design and New Media, founded Visuality in 1995 as a computer graphics firm. From those beginnings, Glenn has shepherded the growth of Visuality into a national leader in full-service, concept-to-completion media consulting and production. Glenn holds a Master's of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Quantitative Analysis from the University Of Wisconsin School Of Business.
