LSG welcomes Peter Wilson as new Vice President

BOSTON – The Liberty Square Group is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Wilson as its new Vice President for Communications and Public Affairs. Mr. Wilson brings legislative, campaign, and nonprofit experience to service the Liberty Square Group’s diverse array of clients.

Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group, Mr. Wilson served as the legislative director for the Massachusetts House of Representatives Majority Whip and House Committee on Ways and Means.  In this role he worked on numerous legislative issues and helped craft two state budgets in the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression.

In addition to his work on Beacon Hill, Mr. Wilson is a veteran of political campaigns and nonprofit organizations.  He has held a variety of positions on campaigns at the state, federal, and municipal level.  He also has a strong background in energy, labor, and human service issues as well as organizing and issue campaigns.
