George H. Schadler III
As Vice President of Administration and Technology, George Schadler oversees the human resources, information technology, compliance and organizational development initiatives of the Liberty Square Group. Utilizing his nine years of experience in office management and technology assistance, he administers the firm’s recruitment, benefits and records management functions, plans, implements and assists consultants with technological tools, files and maintains the firm’s regulatory compliance documentation, and manages the day-to-day operations of the President’s office. He also provides client consultation in the realms of technology, event management and protocol.
Prior to joining the Liberty Square Group, he served as the Statewide Administrative Director of a non-profit community development organization. Hired as the first paid staffer and rising to senior-most full-time Director, Mr. Schadler transformed policies and procedures, implemented internet collaboration tools and recruited and supervised staff and volunteers to enable the non-profit to double in size twice in two years. He has also coached national advertising executives as an advertising research analyst for a Tribune Company newspaper, assisted international clients as a cellular network support specialist, developed and ran the regional office of a voter outreach organization and trained and supported faculty as an IT technician for a public high school.
Mr. Schadler has also provided office management, event planning, technology support and executive assistance to a number of political campaigns, ranging from Mayor to United States Congress. Active in his community from an early age, Mr. Schadler has served as a Representative to the Allentown, Pennsylvania School Board and as a Delegate to the first-ever Pennsylvania Non-Profit Congress. He is a 2010 Fellow of the StartingBloc Institute for Social Innovation.
Mr. Schadler graduated with distinction from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northeastern University. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law's evening division.
